Mortgage Investment Corporations ("MICs") were introduced in 1973 by the Government of Canada to enable individual investors to pool funds and lend in the Canadian mortgage industry.

After a successful career in the mortgage lending, brokering, and investment industry, Bruce Kahkesh saw that there was more he could do to help the greater community reach their financial goals.
In 2013, Nation Capital Corp. was founded with the mission of helping investors discover the benefits of mortgage investments. Over the years, we have not only delivered a consistent and stable rate of return, but have constantly found new ways to improve the investor experience.
